Participants must comply with all event guidelines and staff instructions
Ticket purchase constitutes agreement to all listed conditions

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
Ticket holders may request a date or attendee transfer (subject to availability)

Cancel or reschedule the event at any time
Modify event details, activities, or duration
Refuse entry to any participant

In the event of a cancellation or reschedule by The Scare Factor or Necropolis Underground:

Participants will be notified via email or text message
A full ticket credit or alternative date will be offered
No additional compensation will be provided

Ticket transfers to alternative dates may be possible (subject to availability)
Transfers are subject to availability (subject to availability)
Transfers must be requested via email at least 48 hours before the original event date

Participants must be 18 years or older
Participants aged 13-17 may attend with a parent or legal guardian present
Valid ID is required for all participants, or parents/guardians for those under 18 that don't have valid ID yet
Parent/guardian must remain on-site for participants under 18

A mandatory liability waiver must be completed prior to event participation
Participants assume all risks associated with the paranormal investigation
The Scare Factor and Necropolis Underground are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or psychological effects
Participants agree to follow all safety guidelines and staff instructions
Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal without refund
