General Terms

By purchasing a ticket to the Necropolis Underground Paranormal Investigation, participants agree to the following terms:

  • Contact us if you need to transfer tickets between dates or individuals (subject to availability - 48-hr notice required)
  • The Scare Factor and Necropolis Underground reserves the right to refuse service to any participant
  • Participants must comply with all event guidelines and staff instructions
  • Ticket purchase constitutes agreement to all listed conditions
Refund Policy
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
  • Ticket holders may request a date or attendee transfer (subject to availability)
  • Any transfer requests must be made via email at least 48 hours in advance to [email protected]
Cancellation Policy

The Scare Factor and Necropolis Underground reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or reschedule the event at any time
  • Modify event details, activities, or duration
  • Refuse entry to any participant

In the event of a cancellation or reschedule by The Scare Factor or Necropolis Underground:

  • Participants will be notified via email or text message
  • A full ticket credit or alternative date will be offered
  • No additional compensation will be provided
Item Transfer Policy
  • Ticket transfers to alternative dates may be possible (subject to availability)
  • Transfers are subject to availability (subject to availability)
  • Transfers must be requested via email at least 48 hours before the original event date
Age Restriction
  • Participants must be 18 years or older
  • Participants aged 13-17 may attend with a parent or legal guardian present
  • Valid ID is required for all participants, or parents/guardians for those under 18 that don't have valid ID yet
  • Parent/guardian must remain on-site for participants under 18
Miscellaneous Policies
  • A mandatory liability waiver must be completed prior to event participation
  • Participants assume all risks associated with the paranormal investigation
  • The Scare Factor and Necropolis Underground are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or psychological effects
  • Participants agree to follow all safety guidelines and staff instructions
  • Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal without refund

Our investigation will explore corridors laden with industrial legends and spectral echoes, using professional-grade ghost-hunting equipment that separates serious investigators from casual thrill-seekers.
